Sabina Donescu specializes in Dispute Resolution and Arbitration. She has assisted clients in civil litigation cases, as well as in disputes relating to intellectual property rights, labor law, insurance law, administrative law, public procurement and medical malpractice.
Sabina has also advised clients in arbitral disputes before the ICC Paris concerning FIDIC Contracts, as well as before the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania. She has also assisted parties in post arbitration procedures for setting aside arbitral awards before the Romanian courts.
