- Drafting and negotiation of sophisticated construction agreements (including general construction agreement, design engineering agreement, construction management contract, gas connection agreement) regarding the construction of a factory in Romania;
- The acquisition of an office building, including drafting an extensive due diligence report with respect to the ownership title of the building and related land;
- The acquisitions of compact forestry, agricultural and vineyards estates for a significant area;
- The acquisition of 100% shares in a company holding and operating a photovoltaic plant;
- A due diligence analysis with focus on real estate issues for the acquisition of a company holding and operating a steel production and manufacture unit wherein an industrial platform and corresponding assets were included.
