Examples of our recent work include assistance to:
- One of the largest vertically integrated aluminium producers in Europe in relation to a USD 234 million syndicated credit line facility provided by international banks for various commercial purposes
- A Romanian bank, member of an international banking group, in relation to a loan agreement in amount of EUR 42 million for a Romanian businessman;
- One of the largest vertically integrated aluminium producers in Europe regarding a USD 60 million investment loan from Black Sea Trade and Investment Bank;
- A globally integrated aluminium Group on a a credit facility provided by Raiffeisen Bank for refinancing an existing debt and working capital purposes, in value of USD 75 million;
- One of the largest vertically integrated aluminium producers in Europe in connection to a revolving facility of up to USD 180 million from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
